No front desk. Your phone is the key, and the lights run themselves.

  3. 3Lights auto onThe room lights up at your start time. A text at 15 minutes left lets you extend.
  4. 4Lights auto offThey flash at 5 minutes left, then switch off when your time ends. Tidy up and head out.

House rules

No staff on site, so Pool Lab runs on trust.

Keep it downDon't play your own music or get rowdy. Respect others.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or alcohol
Clean up after your sessionPick up your trash and leave the table as you found it.
Respect the tableNo sitting, standing or climbing on the table. Only pool equipment on the cloth.
Put the cues and balls back

Breaking a house rule can mean a fee or a ban from booking.

Before your first visit

What are your hours?

Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Book any start time on the booking site.

Can I walk in?

No. Every session is booked online in advance, and the door opens with the link in your booking email or text.

Is the price per person?

No. Every price is per table, for up to 6 players.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel free up to 6 hours before your start time. After that, the booking can't be refunded, but it can be used as store credit.

Can I play past midnight?

Yes. The booking site splits it into two sessions. Book both on the same table, then email info@poollab.pro and we'll refund anything over $69 ($39 for PRO).

Are kids allowed?

Yes, kids are welcome. Pool Lab is not a bar.

Do you have cues?

About 12 house cues are shared across the space. Chalk and balls are provided. If you own a cue, bring it.

How do I save a replay?

Start a match on the tablet, tap Replay, trim the clip and scan the QR code to download it to your phone.

How do I use the drill projector?

The drill projector table is for PRO members and Residents.

Do you have food and drinks?

A vending machine with snacks and soft drinks. Card only.

02Paid parking in the lot. Free street parking in front of and beside the building.
03The 44 Kipling and 944 Kipling Express buses run from Kipling Station to our door.

There are no signs in the parking lot, so watch the video before your first visit.
